With lean staffs and a desire for accountability, it is imperative that nonprofit organizations (NPOs) operate efficiently and effectively.  Malku serves small and mid-sized NPOs by providing financial and business management services.  Our mission is to help NPOs develop efficient and effective internal systems, thereby increasing their capacity to provide services in a sustainable fashion.

Perhaps your organization is in that difficult stage when you need high-performing professional staff, but you do not yet have the revenue to support a full-time Finance or Business Director.  We can assist you through outsourcing on an on-going, part-time basis or by working on a specific project.  We also provide consulting services and training for staff and volunteers.

We have a Church Plant Package designed to give new churches the basic financial and business tools and training foundational to operating above reproach, and address the tax and operating issues unique to churches.  This start-up package can be adapted for other NPOs.
